The ECU tune doesn't just add power. Drivability gets sharper too, with hot-weather cooling calibrations that run the coolant pumps and fans longer once ambient temps climb past a set threshold, stop-start removed on equipped cars, and the factory top speed limiter removed.

The TCU tune delivers smoother, faster shifts and a higher torque-holding capacity, while also reducing heat generated from friction inside the transmission — meaning less long-term heat stress and the potential for a longer-lasting gearbox.

Factory Rolls-Royce calibration intentionally holds back this drivetrain's natural power band, which is part of why the stock car can feel restricted and less smooth under throttle. This combination of tunes lets the N74 V12 and 8-speed transmission perform the way they were engineered to.
