Full stainless steel, tig welded direct fit headers with CNC flanges. Designed for optimal flow. RENNTECH stainless steel and ceramic-coated exhaust headers have been developed for current Mercedes and AMG model cars.
RENNTECH headers offer true bolt-on installation, mounting directly to the OEM down pipes - and all RENNTECH headers are hand built from mandrel-bent, seamless tubing and CNC machined stainless flanges. Under peak torque, the OEM air box creates a loss of optimal flow (restriction at high CFM loads). The RennTech air box, while looking like a show piece in light weight carbon fiber, allows optimal breathability for maximum torque at stage 2 boost levels. This also causes less strain and heat on the turbos and related components.
