 | NTEGRATED ENGINEERING BILLET SHIFTER BRACKET BUSHINGS FOR VW 02A/02J/02M/02Q TRANSMISSIONS
Make your shifts more solid than ever before with these billet shifter bracket bushings. These two piece bushings are CNC machined in house from 6061 aircraft aluminum. They directly replace the rubber factory bushings that deteriorate over time causing excessive play in the shifter. When the factory bushings are worn out, shifts become less precise, causing you to miss shifts. Not only will you be missing shifts but, by not fully engaging gears in the transmission, you can even strip the teeth right off the gears.
Includes three pairs of bushings
Fits all 02A, 02J, 02M, and 02Q transmissions in MK2,MK3, MK4, and MK5 platforms. DOES NOT fit 020 transmissions in MK2 and Mk3 platforms.

the NEUSPEED one piece billet short shifter easily installs onto the transmission's selector shaft. The Neuspeed short shift kit reduces the throw length between gears up to 40% (depending on model year) - this is the absolute maximum reduction possible without overextending the cable mechanism.
The NEUSPEED short shift kit incorporates a calibrated counterweight which is required for more positive shift action.
This is a completely bolt-on application - no cable adjustment required.
